17.5 week pictures

Baby Sturg visits San Diego

Baby Sturg and I made it into the Breaking Dawn Part 1 panel at Comic-con.

We saw Jacob

Then more cast members showed up...Alice

We also made it in to the TV Guide Fan Favorites panel after 3.5 hours of waiting in line.  We were trying to see Dexter but had to leave before the showtime panel got around to it. At least we got to see Pam and Lafayette from True Blood.

Baby Sturg is going to be a lifeguard in San Diego one day!

I didn't make it into any of the San Diego photos.  Oh, well!  I will post something soon of the growing bump.  A week from tomorrow, we will have the ultrasound and find out the gender!  The poll on the blog says most of you think it is a boy.  Soon we will know if you are right!

Ultrasound Rescheduled

The doctor's office called to reschedule my ultrasound to Friday, August 5th!  Even closer than before.  Of course, there was no way I was pushing it back!

15 weeks and 2 days

 Maybe its the maternity jeans I am wearing, but I feel like the bump is bigger!  It felt like an actually bump today!

Josh "loves" taking these pictures!  Too bad its his job now! :)

15 week check up

I went to the Dr today for my 15 week check up and things are going great!  I got to hear the baby's heartbeat again!  It was 156 beats per minute!  I also got to ask her all my crazy questions and she laughed at me a little.  I am pretty sure she enjoyed my list which included asking about if I can eat sushi and hotdogs (separately of course)!  I have gained about 4 pounds since my first appointment and she said that was fine, so Josh can get off my back! :)

The super exciting news is that our 1 and only ultrasound has been scheduled!!  Josh and I go back in exactly 4 weeks to see our baby and find out the gender!!  They are going to make a dvd for us to take home too!  I can't wait!  The date is August 9th.  So close! 

Soon I should be able to feel the baby!  I might be feeling it now but I am not sure what it feels like.  I will figure it out soon enough!  I will update the blog when it happens!  Here's to baby kicks! :)
